You do not need an account to read, cook or vote. Using the site means agreeing to the community guidelines.

We may remove content, block a visitor, or end a cook session at any time.

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to display it on GetCooked.lol and in the share cards for that page.

Cook sessions produce permanent public result pages. Assume anything you post stays up.

Cooks are opinions held by members of the public. Aggregated experience reports are self-reported; some hiring reports carry a narrowly described verification scope. Neither is a finding of fact about any company or product, and neither should be read as one.

We publish aggregate numbers only above a minimum sample size, because a small sample reads as fact once it is on a page.

Claiming requires a verified email address and, usually, a human review. A claim gives you analytics and one public response. It does not give you the ability to remove criticism.

Paid tiers buy queue priority, placement or response tooling. They never buy positive votes, a better score, moderation exemptions, or the removal of honest criticism. Payment does not skip review.

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for what visitors post or for decisions anyone makes based on it.
